CJS Ensures the Quality of Your New Septic System

Septic Systems Built With Experience, Excellent Materials, and Careful Planning Whether you are building a new home in an area that requires a septic system or your existing septic system needs to be repaired or replaced, CJS treats your project as though it was our own. From initial planning to follow-up service, CJS is an expert septic system specialist, we do not do other types of excavation. Additionally, CJS is unique to the area with a NEHA Certified Onsite System Installer coordinating all septic system installations from inception to culmination.

Long System Life Requires Careful Planning

Poorly designed systems can fail even if the property owner keeps up good maintenance practices.

CJS works closely with pre-qualified, cost efficient NJ licensed professional engineers. Together we provide our customers with well designed septic systems that can last 20 to 30 years if properly maintained.
  • CJS confirms your septic system is designed for the soil conditions, your property, and your level of usage.
  • Soil characteristics, property size, and the number of bedrooms being served will determine the size, location, and design of your septic system.
  • We help you through the engineering/permit phase, work with the local authorities, and provide follow-up service and troubleshooting after installation.
CJS Ensures the Quality of Your Septic System
  • Stringent safety precautions protect our staff and our customers.
  • Customers are protected because we are fully insured.
  • CJS uses the highest quality select fill, prewashed stone, and septic system materials.
  • To help you maintain your system, your records are automatically entered into our computerized maintenance reminder system.
  • "As Built" drawings are provided for every project for future reference.
Septic owners should be wary of "unconditional" guarantees because even properly installed septic systems will fail if abused. We thoroughly inform our customers of septic "do's and don'ts." Finally, Central Jersey is the area’s most reputable septic maintenance company. Our database will automatically send a reminder when you are due for preventative servicing! This combination has been very effective for our clients.

We guarantee the following on each of our projects:
  • The system will be installed exactly as your plan indicates. Any changes will be approved by your engineer and Health Department.
  • Projects will be completed in full compliance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and applicable local health department requirements.
  • We will respond immediately (same day) to troubleshoot any future problems. If a problem is related to the installation, we will correct it at our expense.
Your installation is very typical of the work we do every week. CJS provides septic installations, pumping services and maintenance exclusively. We are not a general excavator. CJS installs approximately one system every week, and remains committed to their proper operation and maintenance, even after properties are sold. This complete service for the life of the system is unique to Central Jersey Septic, Inc. and a selling point for your home.

New Jersey does not provide a certification opportunity for septic technicians. Therefore, CJS field techs are sent to complete the Onsite Wastewater Treatment certification courses provided by Pennsylvania Septage Management Association (PSMA). Your CJS Onsite Coordinator has also completed OSHA’s 10 hour Construction Safety Course and attends symposiums at Rutgers University on alternative designs and recommended installation practices. Only CJS trained personnel install the components of our systems. We are committed to continued education of our staff, utilization new technologies and techniques, and the highest installation standard in our service area.
  • We guarantee the following on each of our projects:
  • The system will be installed exactly as your plan (engineer) specifies.
  • The select fill, washed stone and precast septic tanks will be of the highest quality available. (This may be evident on some projects when comparing prices).
  • Final approval of the work will be confirmed by your Health Department Official.
  • We will respond immediately (same day) to troubleshoot any future problems.
  • If a problem is related to the installation, we will correct it at our expense.
