Pumping / Maintenance

Always respectful to residential and commercial sites property, our trained staff uses state-of-the-art equipment and is dispatched by cell phone for quick response.

Inspections

Using only NJDEP recommended forms and protocol, with formally trained inspectors, our Septic Inspection Division provides objective inspections and complete reports on the condition of existing septic systems. Our "Pro Closing" approach is effective even when septic problems are discovered.

Repairs

If a problem is detected with your septic system, CJS can quickly and properly resolve the situation. CJS’ experienced technician are able to explain the dynamics of the system’s problem and offer suggestions/remedies restoring perfect operation in a timely, cost effective manner.

Excavating / Installations

Working closely with engineers, local health departments, and the Department of Environmental Protection, the Excavation Division handles septic problems ranging from small repairs to complete system replacements. CJS installs approximately one system every week, and remains committed to their proper operation and maintenance, even after properties are sold. This complete service for the life of the system is unique to Central Jersey Septic, Inc. and a selling point for your home.

BRIEF COMPANY TIMELINE

  1. 1969 Central Jersey Septic is founded offering pumping and maintenance services
  2. 1979 CJS excavation division launched with commitment to best materials and continuing education.
  3. 1985 Jess Thompson (President) purchases CJS from founder, Arlene Elias
  4. 1985 CJS becomes computerized and is outfitted with two-way radios
  5. 1990 Jess Thompson co-founds New Jersey Septage Management Association to unify NJ’s best companies and establish industry goals
  6. 1995 NJDEP adopts inspection protocol developed by NJSMA ethics and standards committee
  7. 1999 CJS builds state of the art facility in Old Bridge, NJ
  8. 1999 CJS obtains NJDEP transfer permit for septage and commercial kitchen grease
  9. May 2010 CJS breaks ground on property expansion in Old Bridge, NJ to expand capabilities
